SHRI SHIRDI SAI SANSTHAN (UK)

UK registered charity (No. 1160336)
Baba was keen for his devotees to understand the value of charity. He would often ask devotees for Dakshina (an offering to the Guru). Sometimes He would ask for specific amounts and sometimes He would leave it to the devotee's wish.
By asking for dakshina, Baba wanted to teach and help his devotees to become less attached to this material world.
There was this peculiarity however - Baba said He was indebted to devotees who gave him dakshina and He would have to return 100 fold any dakshina that He received. Thus, devotees who gave generously often found that they benefitted greatly later in life.
We too are dependent on the generous donations of Sai devotees. This can be through various methods ......
Offering a donation
Your donations, however large or small, will go a long way towards helping our charitable organisation meet its objectives. In addition to the distribution of food, our immediate focus is to raise enough funds to establish a special Mandir that will allow Sai devotees to gain a similar experience to that which they get in Shirdi, right here in the UK. So please dig deep into both your hearts and your wallets.
Ofcourse, offering financial help is not the only way to get involved and support us. You could also:
Offer your time
Our organisation has been built on the kindness of individuals offering their time. If you would like to be considered as a volunteer, please send us your contact details by clicking here.
Offer your skills
If you have skills in any of the following and would be willing to volunteer help to us, we would be most grateful:
-
Web Design and Database Administration
-
Architectural Design
-
Legal Advice (Qualified Solicitor)
If you can help with any of the above, please contact us.
